Overview

This component allows you to highlight 1-6 individual statistics. 

This component uses our brand icons, so each should be able to have a relevant icon accompanying the statistic.

You can also request new icons via the internal Design team if nothing suitable already exists.

Guidance

• You can have between 1 and 6 stats. The recommended number is 3.
  

• Don’t use the same icon more than once.
  

• Make all the statistics a similar length to ensure a visually pleasing layout.

Copy requirements

Overall component heading

This component needs a short overall heading, which should summarise what the stats are about. Eg. ‘Malawi in numbers’ or ‘Our impact in 2022’

Individual stats

75 characters max

Each individual stat needs to follow a strict 2-part structure: Start with a short number and followed by a short sentence explaining what the number means. The numbers all need to be short enough to fit on one line and the accompanying sentences should all be the same length.

Example of correct copy format

Part 1: 50,000
Part 2: people in Yemen gained access to clean water, water filters and toilets

Part 1: 1,700
Part 2: inhabitants of riverside communities in Brazil now have access to clean water

Part 1: 1.7m
Part 2: have been people reached through our disaster and emergency response
