See how embedded videos will be displayed on our web pages, depending on the video service or device size being used.
Video size options
We have two size options for embedded videos:

Standard
Used on all page lengths. This is our ‘go-to’ video size and is suitable for any page layout. -
Large
Less commonly used. Use on short pages or pages where video is the single most important content on the page.
Nb. Both sizes look the same on mobile, where the video is always the full-screen width.
Captions
Just like our images, videos have the option to have a written caption, which sits immediately under the video.
These captions are an opportunity to briefly introduce what the video is about, with the aim of encouraging them to watch it.
Try to keep these under 20 words.
